The website provides general information about web design services. Examples, timelines, prices, and availability are illustrative or current at the time shown and do not create a binding offer. Unless a written proposal says otherwise, domain registration, web hosting plans, paid plugins, third-party services, and ongoing maintenance are charged separately from website design and build. A project begins only after both sides agree in writing to its scope, price, schedule, deliverables, and payment terms.
Enquiries and proposals
Submitting a form or sending a message does not guarantee acceptance of a project. You are responsible for providing accurate information and for having the right to share any text, images, trademarks, credentials, or other materials supplied for a project.
Intellectual property
The Longwan Web name, website design, copy, and original site materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Project ownership and licence terms are defined in the written agreement for that project. Third-party materials remain subject to their own licences.

Links to third-party services are provided for convenience. We do not control those services. We may update, suspend, or withdraw parts of this website without notice and cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided as available and without implied guarantees beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
